Order Cancellation:

  1. You may cancel your order before the indicated cut-off time for preparation. Please refer to the estimated preparation time provided during the ordering process.

  2. Once the preparation process has begun, we might be unable to accommodate your cancellation request.

  1. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed based on the following guidelines: a. If you cancel your order before the preparation process starts, we will provide a full refund to the original payment method. b. If you cancel your order after the preparation process has begun, we may offer a partial refund, which takes into account any costs incurred up to the point of cancellation. c. Refunds for payments made via credit/debit cards will be credited back to the same card used for the transaction. d. Refunds for payments made via other methods (e.g., cash on delivery) will be processed via an agreed-upon refund method. e. Please allow 30 days for the refund to be reflected in your account after it has been approved.

  2. We will investigate the matter promptly and, if deemed appropriate, provide a refund or replacement.
